Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Loopost (the service) is published and run by Vagabond Studio, based in France (the publisher, we, us). You can reach us at said.souidi.career@gmail.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By connecting a TikTok account to Loopost or by using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What the service does

Loopost lets you sign in with your TikTok account, prepare a photo carousel or a short video, write its hook and caption, preview every slide in the 9:16 format, place it in a calendar and then send it to TikTok.

Depending on what you choose, the post is either sent to your TikTok inbox as a draft that you finish in the TikTok app, or published directly on your profile with the privacy level you pick. A scheduled post is sent at the time you set, and you can cancel it from the Calendar before that time.

Nothing is ever posted without you clicking Publish or confirming a schedule, and the service only posts to accounts you connected yourself.

4. Who can use it

You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account under TikTok's own rules and under the law of your country, and at least 16 years old if you live in the European Union. You must own every TikTok account you connect, or be authorised by its owner to publish on it.

5. Your content

You keep every right you have on the photos, videos, texts and captions you prepare in Loopost. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content and to send it to TikTok on your behalf, for as long as it stays in the service.

You are solely responsible for what you publish, and you confirm that you hold the rights to it, including the rights of any person who appears in it and of any music, image or text you use.

You agree not to use Loopost to publish content that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, is misleading, harasses or targets a person, or breaks the TikTok Terms of Service or the TikTok Community Guidelines.

6. TikTok

Loopost is not made, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. It uses the official TikTok for Developers APIs, Login Kit to connect your account and the Content Posting API to send your posts. Your use of TikTok itself stays governed by TikTok's own terms and policies.

TikTok decides how and when a post sent through its API is processed and shown, and it can refuse a post, apply daily limits, or change, limit or stop these APIs at any time, which can affect the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, not to overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, not to use it to send spam or automated mass posting, not to get around TikTok's limits, and not to resell or share access to it.

8. Price

Loopost is provided free of charge. There is no paid plan and no payment information is collected. If this ever changes, the change will be announced in the service in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or stop it, in whole or in part, at any time. We will try to give notice of a permanent shutdown when possible, so you have time to export or publish your content.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your account in Loopost (Settings, Connected accounts) or by removing its access in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions). You can also ask us to delete all your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are broken, or if TikTok asks us to.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost audience, lost revenue or lost data, nor for any action taken by TikTok on your account or your posts. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under French law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please contact us so a solution can be found together. If none is found, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
